These terms and conditions govern all commercial and non-commercial relations between Airport Parking and its clients. For all other matters and situations not covered herein, the provisions of Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. For the purposes of interpreting and applying these General Terms and Conditions, the terms and expressions listed below shall have the following meanings:
1.1. Airport Parking – a website owned by Armat Arm Ltd (EOOD), a company that maintains and holds the copyrights to the website www.airportparking.bg.
1.2. Site – the internet website accessible at http://www.airportparking.bg.
1.3. User – any person who, by directly entering the address or following a link from another site, has gained voluntary access to the Site and/or has used the information and services provided therein.
1.4. Product – the services offered through the site, in the quantity and quality as specified on the Site.
1.5. Content – the information, data, published opinions, text, video, photos, sound, or any other materials published and/or forming part of the site’s layout.
1.6. Service – the opportunity provided via the site to order and execute the services offered through it, as well as to publish opinions, questions, etc.
1.7. These rules and conditions are intended to regulate all non-commercial and commercial relations between Armat Arm Ltd (Airport Parking) and its clients. For all other questions and situations not addressed herein, Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
II. INFORMATION UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT
2.1. To the extent that part of the services offered on the site constitute a distance sales contract within the meaning of Art. 48 et seq. of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), Airportparking.bg provides the following information:
2.1.1. The Provider of the distance sales contracts is Armat Arm Ltd, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 207350852, with registered office and management address: Sofia, 1510, Poduyane District, Hadzhi Dimitar neighborhood, Kocho Chestimenski Blvd/St, bl. 76, ap. 707 – hereinafter referred to as "Airport Parking".

2.1.2. The main characteristics of the services are contained in their respective descriptions and the informational part of the site.
2.1.3. Prices of the services are announced on the company's website in Euro (€). Payment is made on-site in cash and only in Euro (€).
2.1.4. The cost of communication with Airport Parking representatives is calculated according to the user's standard tariff plan.
2.1.5. The cost of communication services for contacting representatives of Airport Parking shall not be calculated in any manner other than that specified in the respective subscriber's tariff plan.
2.2. By accepting these terms, the user declares that they have been promptly informed of the above; any order submission and/or signing of documents during service execution confirms this.
III. TERMS OF SERVICE USE
3.1. The user undertakes to use the site’s information and services in good faith and solely for their intended purpose.
3.2. Prohibitions and Obligations:
3.2.1 The user must provide accurate contact information and place orders only when genuinely interested in the service.
3.2.2. to submit applications/orders only when they have a genuine interest in using the service; whenever possible, to avoid sending duplicate applications within a short interval of time before the execution of the first submitted application;
3.2.3. to use the services only personally, in their own name, without impersonating any other person;
3.2.4. when filling out opinion and comment fields, not to formulate, send, or otherwise transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or objectionable on racial, ethnic, or other grounds; not to use the comment sections to send hyperlinks to other websites and/or advertising content (logos, addresses, messages, etc.);
3.2.5. not to forward messages received from the site with altered headers or other elements, and not to otherwise manipulate identification means for the purpose of disguising the origin and/or type of content published when posting an opinion;
3.2.6. not to publish content that they do not have the right to transmit under law or as a result of other contractual or confidential relationships (such as internal information, confidential information, or proprietary information, or information subject to non-disclosure agreements);
3.2.7. not to publish content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any third party or organization;
3.2.8. not to send, publish, or otherwise transmit materials containing computer viruses or any other computer code, files, and/or programs designed to interrupt, disrupt, or limit the functioning of any computer software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
3.2.9. not to investigate, scan, or test the protection of the site, its vulnerability, or the vulnerability of the system, server, or network without permission; not to breach the security of the site; not to access the site's code, database, and/or other assets, nor to gain low-level system access to the software and/or hardware through which the site functions;
3.2.10. not to access information submitted by another user intended for the delivery of products ordered by them, nor to modify the content of information published or sent by another user;
3.2.11. not to perform actions that create a risk of disrupting the ability of other users to fully utilize the site and the services provided by it;
IV. PERSONAL DATA (GDPR Compliance)
4.1. By accepting these terms and entering personal data through the order form at www.airportparking.bg, the user expressly agrees that the personal data provided by them shall be stored and processed by Airport Parking. All data voluntarily provided by the user that identifies them shall be stored, processed, and used by Airport Parking for the purposes of the services provided by the Site, as well as for marketing and advertising purposes of the products offered.
4.2. Airport Parking guarantees that the user's personal data will not be provided to third parties for the purpose of advertising products and services to the user without their prior consent.
4.3. Airport Parking reserves the right to use and/or disclose personal data and/or the IP addresses from which the user has accessed the site, in order to reveal their identity in cases where this is necessary in compliance with the law, by order of a state authority, or to comply with these terms and conditions and/or the interests of Airport Parking.
4.4. The personal correspondence of users is inviolable.
4.5. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the user has the right to access and correct their own personal data entered into the database of www.airportparking.bg when using the services.
4.6. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the user declares their consent for Airport Parking to store and process the data entered by them (including personal data), having the right to use it freely for the provision of services, for marketing purposes, etc. Furthermore, Airport Parking has the right to freely use the data to prepare analytical information (which does not allow the identification of an individual user), and such information may be provided to third parties at the discretion of Airport Parking.
V. ORDER PLACEMENT, DELIVERY, AND PAYMENT
5.1. Submission of orders is carried out through the order form.
5.1.1. Orders may be placed without registration.
5.2. The user bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided; in the event of incorrect information and/or information for which there is a reasonable suspicion of being false, Airport Parking reserves the right to unilaterally refuse the user's registration.
5.3. Upon selecting a service and final confirmation of the order, it enters the Airport Parking information system for processing. Prior to processing the order, Airport Parking reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the information provided by the user by contacting them via the provided contact details. In the event that the user cannot be reached at the provided contacts within 2 hours of submitting the application, Airport Parking reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order.
5.4. Upon successful verification of the data entered by the user, Airport Parking shall send the user a confirmation email for the completed registration, and for subsequent orders, an email confirming that the application has been accepted for processing.
5.5. Applications through the website are accepted 24/7. You can contact an operator on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the following telephone number: +359 884 096 968.
5.6. It is deemed that any client who has made a reservation through the Airport Parking website, by telephone at +359 884 096 968, or has parked on the territory of a parking lot managed by Airport Parking, accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
The parking spaces leased by Airport Parking have the following dimensions:
Width: 235 cm;
Length: 510 cm.
5.7. By using the services of Airport Parking, the client certifies that they are the owner of the vehicle (or are authorized by the owner to use it) and that the vehicle is in good technical condition (with a valid technical inspection), insured in accordance with all applicable legal requirements, and has a valid registration certificate. In the event that any of the above conditions are not met or their validity expires during the reserved stay, Airport Parking reserves the right to unilaterally refuse the reservation.
5.8. Upon completing the booking form or making a reservation by phone, Airport Parking shall draw up a bilateral parking space rental agreement, which will simultaneously be sent by Airport Parking to the client's email address.
5.9. Upon handover of the vehicle to an Airport Parking employee, the vehicle shall be photographed from four diagonal angles prior to acceptance.
5.10. In the event of non-compliance with the reserved period by the client, a parking fee of 8 BGN per day shall be due for the vehicle's stay after the expiration of the prepaid period. The fee in the amount of €5 per day for the vehicle's stay after the prepaid period is due in full and is calculated until the moment the vehicle is collected by the client. Airport Parking shall not be held liable for unclaimed vehicles left for more than one month after the expiration of the reserved period.
VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF AIRPORTPARKING.BG
6.1. Airportparking.bg shall not be held liable for any potential inability to access the site or for the inability to transfer data from it to the user's personal computer. Furthermore, it shall not be liable for any damages, lost profits, or other losses occurring as a result of, or due to, the use (or the inability to use due to technical problems, maintenance, administrator decisions, etc.) of the site. Airportparking.bg is not responsible for any disruptions or technical issues hindering the use of the services caused by incompatibility and/or improper operation of the equipment used by the user.
6.2. Airportparking.bg strives to maintain up-to-date information from sources it considers reliable. The information presented on the site is intended to assist users in forming an opinion about the products offered and does not constitute a recommendation for their purchase, nor a guarantee of their performance or the effects of their use. Airportparking.bg does not guarantee that the information used is accurate, as it may be changed, refuted, or confirmed by the sources from which it was obtained or by other sources.
6.3. Airportparking.bg shall not be held liable for content that becomes public knowledge upon accessing the site and/or is transmitted confidentially. The responsibility for such content lies entirely with the user and/or the third party who published, sent, or otherwise filled the site with this content, or at whose request this content was provided, including responsibility for any errors or omissions therein.
6.4. Airportparking.bg is under no obligation to monitor the content that users of the Site and/or third parties fill in, send, or distribute while using the services; therefore, it does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, truthfulness, or nature of such content.
6.5. Airportparking.bg is not responsible for the content of other pages or hyperlinks published on Airportparking.bg.
6.6. While using the services, the user may encounter content that is offensive, immoral, or unacceptable in nature. Airportparking.bg is not responsible in any way for the presence of or access to such content, nor for any damages or injuries of any kind resulting from the access to and/or use of content displayed, published, sent, or otherwise transmitted through the Site.
6.7. In cases where the Site contains hyperlinks leading to other websites, Airportparking.bg shall not be held liable for the content of those websites, nor for any damages and/or lost profits resulting from visiting them.
6.8. Airportparking.bg shall not be held liable for the actions of other users, service providers, or any other persons.
6.9. Airportparking.bg shall not be held liable for the user's receipt or non-receipt of ordered products/services in cases where the inability to fulfill the order is not due to any wrongful actions on the part of Airportparking.bg.
VII. RIGHTS OF AIRPORT PARKING IN THE PROVISION OF SERVICES
7.1. Airport Parking reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally amend the rules for access and use of the Site and/or the services provided through it.
7.2. Airport Parking reserves the exclusive right to modify (including delete) the content published on the Site, the layout of the Site itself, and the domain through which it is accessible on the Internet.
7.3. Airport Parking reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to restrict and/or terminate access to the Site and the services offered to users, as well as to delete information published by them, in cases where their actions have caused or have the potential to cause harm to other users of the Site and/or to Airport Parking.
7.4. Airport Parking has the right, at its sole discretion, to send system messages, as well as marketing and promotional materials, to any user, provided they have not explicitly opted out or stated their refusal to receive such communications.
VIII. OTHER CONDITIONS
8.1. All information, including the composition and layout of Airportparking.bg, as well as the name itself, are protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act and the Marks and Geographical Indications Act. Any use outside this scope—including publishing text or parts of text elsewhere without the knowledge of the copyright holder; feeding databases for commercial purposes; distributing information in any form, for any purpose, and in any media or other information environment; and any form of commercial use—is permitted only with the express written consent of Airport Parking.
8.2. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the users of Airportparking.bg and Armat Arm Ltd. By accessing the site and/or using the services, the user undertakes to comply with these terms, as well as all other provisions of Bulgarian and international legislation, even if the latter are not explicitly mentioned herein.
8.3. Airport Parking reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to unilaterally amend these General Terms and Conditions. Users shall be notified of such changes by a notice posted on the Site, along with the updated text of the Terms and Conditions; no explicit individual notification to users is required.
8.4. By accessing, browsing the Site, and/or clicking on any hyperlink located on the server where the Site is hosted, the user declares that they agree to these General Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them, regardless of whether they use any of the services provided by the Site.
8.5. Airport Parking shall not be held liable for damages caused by third parties or other clients of the company; however, it will provide all available information, including witness statements or records, to the aggrieved parties.
8.6. Airport Parking shall NOT be held liable for any technical failures or mechanical breakdowns of the client's vehicle occurring while it is being operated by our staff.
